"write drunk - revise sober"

no i'm not drunk. this is a stream of consciousness exercise:

one day i want to write a musical. it will be witty and musical (of course it will be). i bought this book, "how to think like history's ten most revolutionary minds." so far, having a moleskine has me one step closer to being a genius. "oh yes they both reached for the gun"

FOR THE GUN.

i keep wanting to type FUN versus GUN.

yes, i bought the chicago soundtrack, which has saved me, because i kept singing that one line "AND. ALL. THAT. JAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZ" before i bought the soundtrack. why? because sometimes my new haircut reminds me of velma kelly. shit shit, i wanted to add more to that sentence, but REVISE SOBER!

so now, i have more songs to sing to myself in the car and in stores.

i bumped into this guy at borders and i said, "sorry." and he just looked at me. that annoyed me a lot. when people apologize to me, i let them know that i'm not worried about it. instead he just gave me a look. somehow this last thought process doesn't seem that it'll get me closer to genius, but hey this is what i'm thinking about, fucker!

i like when they start whispering parts in songs, and then they get louder. A LITTLE BIT LOUDER NOW. LET ME HEAR IT! SHOUT! OH YES OH YES OH YES THEY BOTH.

why aren't we living in the roaring twenties?? all that jazz and booze, and flapper outfits and short hair!

i think it might be a little unhealthy how i keep listening to one song from this whole soundtrack over and over again. but there's a lil kim rap version of a song on the soundtrack. first moulin rouge, now chicago! HOW IS IT THAT LIL KIM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REVIVAL OF MUSICALS?

somewhere lil kim has her own version of SELMA SONGS (from dancer in the dark).

is this over yet? it didn't feel like a stream, more like a road with lots of pot holes.

understandable understandable.

quiet time, starting NOW!
