i just got the new radiohead (HTTT - not to be confused with HTTP). tower records was a huge SAUSAGE FEST. there were 30-50 people. 5 of them were girls. now, i'm not quite sure if they were all there for radiohead, or if some of the sausages wanted to get the new metallica or the new annie lennex. so much sausage, it could have been a gang bang! again, i didn't buy the limited edition. every new album i ponder if i should splurge and buy the limited edition, but i never do. mostly because the packaging is awkward and i like my radiohead cd cases to fit in the organizing tower. the cd only cost me 10 bucks. while i was waiting, i noticed at the listening station that LAMB had come out with a NEW album. where the hell have i been? but the new album sounds sweet, and i'm pissed because now there's another cd i REALLY want, but i shouldn't really spend money on. and then i noticed MOGWAI is coming out with a new cd next week. i even exclaimed, "OH NO MOGWAI!" while in line. speaking of money, i've noticed that i've been saving more money than i realized. i haven't paid for a movie in a really long time. but new dvds are coming out in june, so who knows if this will last. when i left tower tonight, i let this sausage in a convertable cut in front of me. he gave me a thank you wave, and i told him, "hey, anything for a radiohead pal!' except he didn't hear me, because my windows were up. while in the store, i was holding my fake gucci purse. i was wondering if anyone was like, "why is this gucci wearing hoe buying radiohead?" and to add to that, i must have confused them more when i wouldn't splurge on the limited edition HTTT. but, my sausage pal with the convertable, knew what was up. i'm sure nobody even cared or noticed me. they were all probably really excited about their annie lennex cd! you know what i love? when i tell someone i'm sick and they reply with, "YOURE ALWAYS SICK" or "YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM SUCKS" in disgust. like i'm an invalid from gattaca. my mom says the oil paint in my room made me sick. my cousin says it has to be allergies. i'm starting to believe it's stress induced. i guess it could be a combination of all those things. i'm just really tired of it. my uncle's wife let me use some of this funky hair conditioner from portugal, and now my hair is so soft. i am going to try to find a pen pal from portugal, so i can convince them to ship some of this stuff to me! it's magical. my uncle's wife speaks 4 different languages, and i have this bad habit of picking up sayings from people i hang out with. well, i seem to be picking up her broken english. i also speak really slowly for her, so she can understand me better. but, i speak slowly for everyone now. my brothers girlfriend came over for dinner, and i was speaking really slowly to her. speaking of the girlfriend, she made these awesome chocolate chip cookies for us, so i think i'm going to go get one now. |
