the golden rule; treat others as you would want to be treated.

think hard. would i want someone to do this to me? maybe yeah. i see people getting riled up on diaryland. i see people getting riled up everywhere. i don't know, i tend to get more riled up with work and school. these little disagreements i see on here, how short, and how dramatic, are played out for me in a world i can touch and feel. i don't know what is worse. sometimes, i'd rather see words that tell me i can't do things. then see a face saying it. it's like the rules of the cider house. nobody follows them. and then there's the milgrim studies. people telling you what to do. better obey. that voice echoes.

skeptics never reach a conclusion. i'm a skeptic. when i write a paper i'm all body and no introduction and conclusion. i like contraversy. i like trying to figure out who's right and wrong, and with most things... never coming up with a conclusion.

so what was i saying again? the golden rule. shit, there's a guy at work. who talks my head off about technical issues. he does this with everyone. i'm convinced he's evil. how dare he! would he like it if i were to start talking about technical issues with him? oh, he would. he probably doesn't realize thatt he bores everyone. i should talk his head off about the joys of reality tv. maybe that will stop him in his tracks. if i can ever butt in.

fuck circular reasoning. one day i'm going to stand on something brilliant and new. for now, i'll just create a new layout.
